Rocks Brewing Company are looking for more hospo big guns to join our team as we head into the busy season. Naturally, a love of beer, burgers, and doggo's is a must!

We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-casual dining environment.

Exceptional customer service skills are what we look for - our guest interactions are friendly and personable. Personalities who would contribute to our solid relationship with guests are the key to our successes.

We have a rotating 20 taps, beer knowledge is preferred, yet not crucial. We are more than happy to train those that have a good attitude & an interest in all things beer!

The role requires team players with a 'no-problem' attitude, we take pride in attention to detail and need those prepared to join us hitting the ground running.

Weekends and evenings are predominantly our busy times, however we are very flexible with shift patterns.

We are a family owned and operated, Independent Craft Beer manufacturer. 'Family owned' has definitely spilled into our culture as a team, and the way we pride our relationships with our guests. 

Located in the heart of up & coming Alexandria, we're one of Sydney's biggest Brewery Venues. We boast an open plan, rustic bar setting with a fantastic courtyard and huge outdoor pergola which seats up to 300 guests, and their pets!

Our Tap House offers an exciting range of beers from our 20 Taps, as well as spirits and a well curated wine list.
We pump out all loved Aussie brews, to exciting experimental beers which we frequently pull from our mini pilot system. 
We have recently distilled our west Coast IPA to create our very own Beer Spirit 'Moonshine" our experienced creative team have since started producing house made kegged cocktails across the bar!

Our Kitchen is well known for our house made burgers. We have a Modern Australian menu, with an American twist, led by our New Yorker Head Chef Chris.
