To be a Chi Assistant Venue Leader, we look for people who love their customers, are communicative leaders and contribute to a fun and supportive team environment. You need to be a can-do person, who tackles challenges, shows resilience and is passionate about what they do whilst, being a great communicator (both written and verbal).
