About the Role....

Your main focus will be to provide fast and efficient service of food to patrons in our Mango Tango Thai restaurant.

 

In this role you will be required to:

  • Handle a wide range of raw meat ingredients and prepare food
  • Cook Thai entrees and mains (i.e. Thai noodles, soup, and salad)
  • Monitor and manage food stock
  • Process and provide takeaway orders thoroughly and accurately
  • Comply with all food and safety procedures
  • Ensure all front of house areas are tidy and ready for service
  • Ensure food is served at high standards
  • Organise and thrive during peak periods of service

REQUIREMENTS

About You...

To be successful in this role, you will require the following qualifications, skills & experience:

  • Experience in Thai cuisine
  • General kitchen experience
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Possess a "Yes, can do" attitude; and be keen to learn and grown skills
  • Experience in line cooking operations.
  • Qualification Certificate 3 (Commercial cookery)
  • Current Food Safety Certification
  • Ability to follow instruction;
  • Ability to understand written and verbal instructions;
  • Be able to demonstrate an understanding of WH&S policies & procedures;


Interview required

Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
