JOB DESCRIPTION

The Royal Melbourne Golf Club, ranked amongst the best in the world and host to numerous national and international events is searching for experienced Food and Beverage Attendants to join its team. 

The successful candidates will have experience working in a similar prestigious club environment. They will be positive and confident with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and exceeding expectations for members and guests.

Skills required to perform this role include:  

  • Minimum 1-2 years beverage knowledge and service 
  • A strong focus on delivering excellent customer service 
  • Demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively in a busy bar environment 
  • Always cooperative, courteous and an excellent team contributor 
  • Flexibility towards shifts and weekends 
  • Ability to use initiative with highly developed organisational and time management skills
  • Bar & wine knowledge
  • Coffee making experience 
  • An understanding of wines is desirable
  • RSA / Liquor Licencing Certificate
