Handpicked® Wines is not your average winery. We are dynamic and family owned, crafting top quality wines that offer a true sense of place, a place we are keen to share with Sydney! The Mornington Peninsula is home to our winery and flagship vineyard Capella, but winemaking spreads to our fully-owned and organically-farmed vineyards across the country, from Barossa Valley to Tasmania.

Our business is growing, and we have new positions available for ambassadors to join our team at our Urban Cellar Doors in Sydney.

Much like our wines, this role is not your traditional hospitality role. It involves looking after our guests and sharing a premium fine wine cellar door experience with them. You will be guiding them through tastings, suggesting cheese and charcuterie matches, and imparting your passion and knowledge for all things fine wine and food.
