An iconic Rooftop venue in Melbourne’s Chinatown with a focus on local wines, Victorian
craft beer and seasonal cocktails as well as food offerings.
The Ideal Candidate Must Possess;
Minimum two years’ experience in hospitality management.
Knowledge of classic cocktails and experience in a restaurant setting running table service.
Ability to motivate and lead a team during busy service periods.
Strong customer service focus.
Full Australian working rights.
Duties Include;
Hiring and training staff to appropriate levels.
Rostering and staffing to comply with wage budgets.
Weekly stocktake and ordering to ensure business needs and holding stock levels are met.
Curating and costing of seasonal cocktail menus.
Responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running of the business alongside arranging
maintenance should this be required.
Maintaining a social media presence and responding to enquiries emails.
