Venue Manager wanted for modern and contemporary cafe/restaurant in Essendon! From Melbourne's trendy busy café scene, Assembly Ground are looking for a motivated and experienced manager to become a part of our new management team to help lead and take control of FOH responsibilities at a new, fun and exciting place. Our venue is large 150 seater (inside and out) featuring 2 outdoor areas located on a major intersection of Essendon. Featured in broadsheet and herald sun multiple times we strive for excellence in food, coffee and customer service. Candidates will need to have the ability to operate the floor of a busy venue, to lead and coordinate a team to work comfortably under pressure. Their experience and knowledge should reflect in their abilities to help grow and push the business. We are looking for a person with strength and determination who can become a pivotale member of the team with aspirations to grow.

To be considered for the role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

Minumum 2 year experience managing similar restaraunts/cafes

Have a passion and flair for high quality customer service.

Have a Passion for Food & Coffee.

Attention to detail in a high pressure environment.

Excellent team member that leads by example with a hands on approach.

High levels of energy & enthusiasm.

Maintaining a clean and comfortable work environment at all times.
