Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the nightclub, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional service. 

- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, fostering a positive work culture and team environment. 

- Coordinate and execute events and promotions to keep our venue buzzing with excitement. 

- Implement and enforce venue policies and procedures to maintain safety, security, and compliance.

- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue tracking, and cost control measures. 

- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment management preferred

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail. 

- Knowledge of liquor laws, health and safety regulations, and relevant legal requirements.

- RMLV and Approved Manager are a MUST
