JOB DESCRIPTION

Laundy Hotels are seeking a Venue Manager to join the team at Farmers Home Hotel.

The Farmers Home Hotel has been a favourite amongst Wagga Wagga residents since it was first established in 1856. The fantastic service and cosy nature of the hotel helps create a unique and welcoming atmosphere.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the General Manager, as the Venue Manager at Farmers Home Hotel you are responsible for but not limited to:

  • Lead and drive the business
  • Manage all pub operations from setup, running and close down of the venue 
  • Training & onboarding, daily management and  lead the venue team  
  • Lead the team to instil culture of world class customer service 
  • Provide reports
  • Security of venue 
  • WHS knowledge 
  • Implementing policies and procedures within venue

Assistant Manager
General Manager
Restaurant Manager
Venue Manager
Operations Manager

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS
