JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Role:

As the iPlay Morayfield Venue Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations of the venue with a strong focus on your local community actively promoting the venue in your local area, liaising with local businesses, Community and sporting groups. You will be a team player with bucket loads of positivity to drive your venue to success, taking guest experience to the next level!

REQUIREMENTS

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience with hands on management of the day-to-day operations of a business.
  • Strong knowledge of general retail and entertainment industry.
  • Strong financial understanding in controlling wages, operation costs, stock levels, KPI.
  • Able to prioritize work depending on day-to-day requirements.
  • Must be a “people person” and be able to professionally deal with different personalities, both internal and external with a goal for encouraging personal development within the team.
  • Able to proactively motivate and encourage your A-Team to drive sales and take guest experience to the next level!
  • Reliable work ethic with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Flexible availability for shifts during the day, night and weekends.
  • Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
  • Reliable transport is a must!
  • Available to work weekends, public holidays and school holidays.
