Venue Manager – Lead, Create & Thrive (4 Days a Week!)

$85,000 incl. super | Thurs–Sun | 38 hours – no overtime expected

Love running the show and making great things happen?
We’re looking for a confident and capable Venue Manager to take full ownership of our Taproom and Bar as well as monitoring our kitchen - bringing energy, professionalism, and heart to every shift.
You’ll drive smooth service, motivate our rockstar team, and deliver an outstanding guest experience for all the regulars of Future Magic Brewing Co. It’s your venue to lead, with full support from a leadership team that values balance and trust.

What’s on offer:

• Full-time role, four days a week (Thurs–Sun) – enjoy three days off every week!
• No late finishes (venue usually closed before 10PM),
• Total responsibility for the venue – keep our high standards and great vibes flowing.
• $85,000 incl. super – for doing an exceptional job within your rostered hours.
