Due to internal progression we are currently on the hunt for an exceptional Venue Manager to captain the team at the Leichhardt Hotel in Rockhampton. We are searching for an experienced communicator who can assist in motivating, progressing and encouraging other staff. We want strong leaders who can progress others whilst leading from the front. Along with your high level of management skills you will be passionate about hospitality, with restaurant, beverage, accommodation and gaming experience.

Skills & Experience

• Relevant proven experience in the management of a service-driven food and beverage business
• Strong food and beverage knowledge
• Experience in operating a medium sized accommodation venue
• Ability to manage a P&L, weekly budget, forecasting and COGS costing
• Career minded with exceptional leadership skills
• Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
