The Beach Hotel is a new venue at the edge of the Strand, offering absolutely all the best Townsville has to offer: great hospitality, amazing food, and magic experiences. 

 We don’t just run the venue —we create memorable experiences for our guests. With a strong focus on hospitality, community, and our people, we’re looking for a dynamic Venue Manager to lead one of the team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leadership & Operations – Oversee daily operations, drive service excellence, and ensure the venue runs like a well-oiled machine.
• Team Development – Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team that thrives on customer satisfaction.
• Customer Experience – Create unforgettable experiences that keep guests coming back for more.
• Financial Management – Maximize revenue, manage budgets, and optimize costs without compromising quality.
• Compliance & Safety – Ensure the venue operates within all regulatory and safety requirements.
• Events & Promotions – Work with marketing to bring fresh, exciting events and activations to life
   

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in venue management, hospitality, or F&B leadership.
• A people-first approach—you know how to lead, motivate, and build great teams.
• A strong understanding of financials, KPIs, and operational efficiency.
• Passion for creating a world-class customer experience.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on innovation.
