We’re launching Sydney’s newest skyline experience — and we’re looking for a seasoned leader to bring it to life.
💼 The Role
As Venue Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure service, ambience and standards exceed expectations. From shaping cocktail service to curating the music mood, you'll own the full guest experience.
🧭 Key Responsibilities
Full venue oversight: FOH, BOH, rostering, reservations, and guest satisfaction
Staff recruitment, training, and leadership (bar, floor, security)
Drive sales through activations, events, and guest experience improvements
Stock control, ordering, supplier coordination
Compliance with RSA, health & safety, and licensing requirements
Weekly financial reporting to directors
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
🧾 Must-Have
Proven experience in venue or bar management (ideally rooftop, boutique hotel, or premium bar)
RSA, RCG certified (or able to obtain immediately)
Strong leadership, training, and communication skills
Cocktail-savvy and service obsessed
Hands-on and unflappable under pressure
🎯 Bonus If You Have
Pre-opening or launch experience
Familiarity with Sydney hospitality licensing/compliance
Events, DJ, or activation coordination experience
Interview required
Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
