ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are on the hunt for a Venue Manager to lead the team at ST. ALi. At our Melbourne Airport Terminal 2 venue.  In 2023 we will also open another venue in Terminal 1. Help us delivery outstanding customer service, food and delicious specialty coffee!

An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced, energetic, customer focussed, and detail orientated Venue Manager to lead our team of hospitality professionals at ST. ALi in Melbourne Airport. This is a unique opportunity to make your mark as a leader in the Melbourne hospitality scene and continue to build on the legacy that the ST ALi institution has built since 2005.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Venue Manager

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

As an individual you will have:

  • A hands-on, energetic & dynamic personality- you thrive being the face of a venue and delivering genuine hospitality
  • A proven track record and experience in a similar fast pace role
  • Ability to lead, train and develop a big team
  • Passion and experience with quality coffee, food and wine
  • An trained eye for detail, coupled with big picture thinking
  • Honesty, integrity, persistence & determination
