JOB DESCRIPTION

Manager to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.


Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Venue Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day
operations of our venue. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a successful
hospitality establishment/s, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Duty Manager
Food & Beverage Manager
Shift Manager
Venue Manager

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

Key Responsibilities:


1. Operations Management:
- Oversee the overall operation of the venue, including front-of-house
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized
environment.

2. Team Leadership:
- Train and supervise staff to uphold the highest standards of service.
- Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, service and, above all, guest satisfaction

3. Customer Service:
- Implement and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
- Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.

5. Event Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate events, in conjunction with relevant events co-ordinators, ensuring smooth
execution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and attract patrons.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Venue Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of industry trends and customer preferences.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Proficient in POS systems (Ordermate preferred)
