Ocean 12 is a premium karaoke venue located on level 3 in Crown Casino Melbourne. Our ultimate goal is to become an iconic Melbourne venue renowned for awards, food, and beverages. We specialise in cocktails, cigars, whiskey and boast 3 international chefs dedicated to delivering a comprehensive palette of flavours of international cuisines. We are entirely service focused and take real pride in our endeavour to ensure that our guests fall in love with our venue.

An opportunity is currently available for an extrovert type of personality, a well-presented individual with the gift of the gab when approaching foot traffic of people inside the casino and inviting them to our exquisite venue. The successful applicant will be expected to dress in fashionable semi-formal attire and will be comfortable approaching and cold-selling (by inviting people to attend the venue) to randoms. Sales/customer service experience preferred. 

You will be supported by an experienced management team and a committed operational team that is very warm-hearted that will treat you like family.

Free group meals on shift. 

Hours available: Friday and Saturday early evening until 12-1 am and possibly further hours available during the week -  negotiable for the right candidate and/or the possibility to customise the hours to suit the candidate's availability (within reason).
