JOB DESCRIPTION

We are recruiting an experienced Supervisor to lead a passionate team. This role is a leadership position with portfolio and team management responsibilities. The position involves total venue management with opportunity to progress into senior management.

Service is our number one priority and development of team members in the delivery of exceptional customer service. You will be confident in your decisions and contribute to a fun, vibrant and professional atmosphere for both our customers and employees. We are continuously looking for ways to enhance our customer service. You will be responsible for the daily operations of the venue including appearance, presentation, security, customer experience, professional leadership and Work Health & Safety.

Joining Molly's Pavilion means you are part of Norths Collective which includes Norths Cammeray, The Greens North Sydney, The Alcott Lane Cove, The Verandah Beecroft, The Glasshouse Artarmon, and Seagulls Tweed Heads.

Your Key Priorities will be to:

  • Keeping up-to-date on facilities, activities, and promotions to guests as required
  • Ensuring that all guests entering the venue understand and uphold all policies regarding patronage
  • Daily operations of the club including presentation, security, monetary control, food and beverage and customer service
  • To lead an effective team in delivering outstanding service on a consistent basis in line with our values
  • Developing, maintaining and exceeding customer service standards
  • Maintaining effective communication with all key stakeholders including operations manager, floor staff, chefs and management team

REQUIREMENTS

The Candidate:

  • Possess passion for delivering excellent customer experience
  • Previous experience in the hospitality sector
  • Able to build relationships quickly
  • Demonstrated leadership skills that motivate and energise teams
  • Impeccable presentation and grooming standards
  • Experience in developing and empowering teams
  • Ability to work flexible hours as the role includes days, evenings and weekend work
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation including current RSA, RCG and First Aid certification
  • An eye for detail across the board.
  • Flexible availability over a 7 day rotating roster including days, nights, weekends and Public Holiday's
  • Double vaccinated against COVID-19
