The Doutta Galla is one of Kensington's newly renovated and exciting hospitality destinations, bringing people together with great dining, crafted cocktails, live sport and live music. We’re now looking for energetic and guest-focused Food Attendants to join our team.

About the Role

As a part of our Restaurant, Floor or Bar teams, you’ll play a hands-on role in creating memorable experiences across our diverse venue. You’ll bring personality, passion, and attention to detail to every service whether that’s delivering plates with precision, shaking and pouring cocktails, or adding to the energy of a big game or live music night.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering warm, attentive and genuine service to every guest

• Running food and drinks to tables with speed and accuracy

• Preparing and serving cocktails and beverages to a high standard

• Supporting live sport and live music events with smooth service and great energy

• Upholding venue presentation, cleanliness and safety standards

• Being an engaged member of our passionate team of superstars

• Previous hospitality experience in restaurants, bars, or events

• Great customer service and willingness to learn.

• Confident, approachable and guest-focused personality

• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment

• RSA certified
