Wait Staff / Chefs / Cooks and All-Rounders wanted,

We are looking for a passionate food and coffee lovers that wants to work in a busy little family ran cafe on Collaroy Beach.

Wait Staff / All Rounder Duties Include:

* Take orders

* Delivery of food/drinks to dine-in  and take-away customers.

* Clearing, cleaning, and sanitizing tables between customers. 

* General cleaning duties to maintain health and safety standards.

Cook/Chef Staff Duties Include:

* Have experience cooking in a busy cafe or restaurant

* Preparing all food orders in a timely, presentable manner.

* Prepping/cutting and rotating stock levels.

* Taking stock deliveries and packing away into the coolroom ad dry store areas and rotating stock. 

* Delivery of food/drinks to dine-in  and take-away customers if required

* General cleaning duties to maintain health and safety standards.

* Working cafes hours, no nights! The business trades 7 days a week 5:30am to 2:30pm daily

Other requirements

* No experience necessary, though preferable. Training supplied on the job along with a sequence of service provided.

* Turn up 5mins before starting each shift to settle in and start on time. 

* The dress code is neat and clean, with closed shoes (sneakers) and a black t-shirt.

* Be friendly and approachable.
