JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced all-rounder / waiter who enjoys being part of a fun and enthusiastic team. This person will need to be capable of serving tables and communicating with customers and the team. We are also looking for a second in charge role/ supervisor role where you will work closely with the Manager and be resposible for leading and managing the team/restaurant independently when required.

REQUIREMENTS

2 years experience in a similar position as an allround/waiter in a busy cafe/restaurant envrionment
Excellent food and wine knowledge
Experience using POS systems
The ability to work with efficiency and speed whilst maintaining quality
An expert communicator – with customers and fellow staff
Brilliant customer service, always with a smile
Enthusiasm with all tasks and the ability to work with confidence under pressure
A willingness to work with the team as well as unsupervised
Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts are a must
