We are on the lookout for a superstar Section Waiters at The Winery Surry Hills. The Winery is a beautiful, quirky, urban wine bar with a leafy laneway & terrace for drinking in the sunshine, a bar & restaurant for dining under the fairy lights. Our expansive wine list offers over 20 meticulously selected wines by the glass and a euro-inspired menu for romantic and relaxed dining. We are a busy, fun, high volume, fast paced venue open 7 days a week lunch and dinner with bellinis on the weekend day. All training is provided from novice to experinced, providing wine and food notes and a fun atmosphere.
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Able to adapt service approach to guests needs
- Can carry 3 plates and handle a tray
- Experience in working in a high volume fast paced venue
- Excellent food, wine and spirit knowledge
- Has warmth, charm and hospitality to offer
