Franca is a Modern French mediterranean-inspired Brasserie in Potts Point which has recently received 2 Sydney Morning Herald (SMH) Hats in the SMH Good Food Guide. The venue is open and light filled with seating for 110 guests, and is very focussed on personalised service.

Reporting to the Restaurant and General Managers, ideal candidates would have previous experience in high-end dining and a passion for the industry. You will also be working as part of a talented, close-knit team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glassware
• Present the menu to guests and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portion sizes, ingredients, or potential food allergies)
• Inform customers about the day’s specials 
• Offer menu recommendations upon request
• Take accurate food and drinks orders
• Communicate order details to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and drink orders
