The role

You will be an experienced hospitality professional with the ability to create unique experiences for our guests. A leader who builds a sense of belonging for team members and inspires their passion to understand our guests needs while delivering service with flair!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the delivery of excellent & professional guest service at all times
• Create rapport with regular guests
• Produce high quality products in accordance with brand standards
• Assist in new menu promotions and marketing drives
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent knowledge of a wide range of wine, spirits and cocktails
• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
• Knowledge of food & beverage safety and hygiene requirements
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as required by the business
