• Valid Australian working rights
• Strong communication skills

• Outstanding floor/waiter experience in fine dining hospitality and high volume venues preferred.
• Providing exceptional customer service to all customers
• Accountable for a section on floor
• Competency in the sequence of service
• Sound knowledge of menu and drinks items
• Excellent English Level
• Availability on weekends
