We are currently seeking Wait Staff / Bartender / All-rounder to join our friendly Food and Beverage team at: Hotel 115 

Hotel 115 is a boutique 4.5 star property in Kew that features a range of both Hotel Style Rooms & Serviced Apartments. With its own onsite Restaurant, Bar and Micro-Brewery (115 Grill & Brewhouse), Hotel 115 is the ‘go to’ accommodation provider in the Kew area for both corporate and leisure guests.

• A fun, positive, bubbly personality, someone who seeks to deliver an outstanding guest experience every time.
• An effective communicator who can talk to people from all walks of life, making them feel welcome and comfortable;
• A fast learner, who likes variety in their work;
• Has valid Australian work rights and as per DHHS guidelines only fully vaccinated candidates can be considered.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

• RSA Certificate Required
• COVID Vaccination x 2 Required
• Barista skills (desirable);
• The ability to work in both a team environment and autonomously, prioritising competing tasks, sometimes under pressure;
• Availability to work Afternoon / Evening shifts - (Wait Staff shifts 6-9pm; Bartender shifts 4-10pm);
• Have excellent grooming, personal presentation & outstanding customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality industry.
