The Venue

Sitting right on the water at Manly wharf, Queen Chow Manly rivals the best neighbourhood Cantonese restaurants in Hong Kong. The setting is elegant, yet relaxed, and you’ll feel immediately at home.

The Role

Queen Chow Manly are searching for experienced Wait Staff that have been on the restaurant scene for a while. If you pride yourself on providing exceptional service, then this is the role for you. Our front of house team knows what it takes to deliver a guest experience like no other. Whether we’re turning frowns upside down or creating unforgettable moments (the kind you like!) You’ll have the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry. 

You will have previous experience in the hospitality industry, comfortably managing and owning a section with over 250 covers on a busy night. You will also be at the forefront of the venue, passionately delivering an exceptional guest experience whilst having fun and enjoying quirky banter in a funky and friendly environment.
