The Venue

The popular Totti’s brand is now in the Inner West!  This brand new venue will be multi-faceted, featuring the original 3 weeds pub, restaurant, wine bar, and a dedicated dessert bar to satisfy those sweet cravings. Headed up by Mike Eggert, this new branch of the much-loved local Italian eatery, Totti’s, will be doing what it does best, offering enjoyable, simple, and delicious Italian food.

The Opportunity 

We are looking for Wait Staff to drive success through excellent guest engagement and service. If you are passionate, driven and take pride in going above and beyond for guests every day, then this is the role for you! Having at least a year’s experience in a high-end restaurant and similar position, with good wine and beverage knowledge is an advantage.  Having a positive, bubbly and energetic personality is a must!
