JOB DESCRIPTION

TAPAVINO GROUP  - SYDNEY CBD - Born by Tapavino - Barangaroo

Waitstaff - Casual level 5 award. 31.45ph monday to Friday Satruday 37.74 Saturday

Salary position also available for Supervior role  Tuesday to Saturday. 

Our senior team work closely with the owner, who also works in all restaurants on any given day. This helps keep the high standards of food and service that is expected from management and also the people that visit us.

Tapavino venues are busy and fast pace restaurants, that has a mixed of corporate business diners during the week and discerning patrons on the weekend.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in working busy restaurant sections in Australia or overseas
  • Students Welcomed to apply
  • WSET 2, preferably WSET 3 for the Sommelier's role wll land you a salary position. 
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated experiences in training and managing staff
  • Attention to detail
  • An energetic and friendly personality
  • In depth knowledge of food and wine, however, little or no experience in Spanish cuisine or Spanish Wine will not count against your application.

 

 We always ensure our staff have two consecutive days off, and there is flexibility in your roster.  (No Sunday work)

You must have full Australian work rights for this position.

We are happy to look for sponsorship transfer for those to secure employment.
