We’re looking for experienced, dedicated, reliable and motivated individual with a desire to work within the industry.

You’ll be dealing with customers face to face so a friendly, warm, and welcoming character is a must!

You’ll be collaborating with an incredible team and renowned chefs.

Waitstaff

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

1 year experience as a waitperson in a similar environment
Excellent food and wine knowledge
A strong understanding of run of service in a busy restaurant
Experience using POS systems
Able to carry 3 plates (or willing to learn how), comfortable taking food orders, understand allergies
An expert communicator – with customers and fellow staff
Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts. Thurs - Sat nights essential.
