JOB DESCRIPTION

A position in an established landmark Italian restaurant.

Start pretty much immediately. minimum of 38 hours weekly Tue-Sat.

Currently closed Sun-Mon.

Family environment, good vibes, includes staff meals.

 

Our ideal candidate

-Be able to work well under pressure

-Dishwashing

-Assist chefs during shifts

-Some food prep

-Be friendly and outgoing with common sense

-be able to work fast and efficiently when busy

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

All-rounder
Dishwasher

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to Start ASAP. 

Must be eligible to work in New Zealand.

Raffaele with sons, Antonio, Fabrizio and Marlon are third and fourth generation restaurateurs with over 170 years of combined experience in Italy, the U.S., Australia and New Zealand. Opened in 1997, Nicolini’s is about age old recipes using local produce and imported ingredients, maintaining the authenticity of our age old recipes. Like our food, the wine selection also embodies passion and experience. Covering regions throughout Italy, we also pay our respects to wines from New Zealand and Australia. Nicolini’s caters for vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten free. We are looking for a team-member to do 30-40hrs a week. Experience essential. Long=term preferable.
