JOB DESCRIPTION

Senior Waitstaff

Come and join Melbourne’s newest café spot!

We are planning to bring the spirit, the hospitality, and flavours from our restaurant in Bali, to the heart of South Yarra. To be able to do so, we are seeking talented and passionate senior waitstaff.

We are looking for Full Time 

About Livingstone:

Livingstone is a long-time running café with multiple branches located in Bali and Jakarta, Indonesia. The menu consists of our special take of classic Asian and European cuisine. Not just about the food, Livingstone also serves killer cocktails that will help you unwind, especially after a busy day. We also curate the best coffee beans from Bali, and we blend them with high quality coffee from all around the world to create fantastic blends because we actually do care for our customers!

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

We are searching for enthusiastic personalities who have a passion for everything food, beverage and hospitality, with an attitude to match:

  • You have a minimum of 2 year experience in a similar role within a high-volume restaurant
  • You have a good level understanding of food; alcohol; and coffee, also the desire to continue learning
  • You have a good communication skill
  • Exemplary attitude towards customer service & guest experiences
  • You have a friendly, energetic personality with a hunger for challenges
  • You have the ability to think on your feet and be a leader rather than a follower
  • You will have front and back-end POS experience
  • You are able to lead and direct a team of waitstaff
  • You are excited to share your creativity, knowledge and skill with our team
  • RSA certification
