Job Description: As a vital part of our service team, you'll help create unforgettable moments for our guests. From the first greeting to the final thank you, you'll be an essential part of their dining experience. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing a warm welcome to all guests, making them feel at home in our unique dining environment.
• Expertly navigating our menu to recommend dishes and beverages, including our signature BBQ specialties and select craft drinks.
• Handling reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to ensure a smooth operation of dining services.
• Taking accurate orders and liaising with kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt and precise service.
• Ensuring tables are served with care and attention, anticipating guests' needs to enhance their dining experience.
• Keeping the dining area tidy and inviting, maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Managing bill payments and bidding guests farewell, encouraging them to visit us again.

Requirements:

• Passion for the culinary world, with a particular interest in American BBQ and a good understanding of cafe-style service.
• Prior experience in a restaurant or cafe setting is preferred, but we're open to training enthusiastic individuals with the right attitude.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility in working hours, including availability on weekends and holidays.
