YASSAS - THE GREEK WAY is looking for seasoned, high energy and willing to grow with the brand waitstaff to join our team in craigieburn. We are looking for staff who will help us to grow the culture and enhance the customer experience at YASSAS.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience & Skills:

• Previous relevant experience in a similar role and within a fast paced environment
• Exceptional service standards with attention to detail
• Passion for hospitality with a friendly disposition to smile
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team
• Exceptional presentation and grooming
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
• Must have RSA certificate
• 2 years experience as a waiter in a similar environment
• Excellent food and wine knowledge
• A strong understanding of run of service in a busy restaurant/café
• Experience using POS systems
• Able to carry 3 plates (or willing to learn how)
• An expert communicator – with customers and fellow staff
• Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
