The Lobster Cave is an iconic seafood restaurant in Beaumaris that has been operating for over 35 years. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with a unique dining experience that is memorable.

We employ many long term staff who have worked with us for 15+ years and are looking for more like-minded people to join our work family. We're seeking highly experienced Waiters with backgrounds in fine dining and seafood (huge bonus).

About the Role

• Managing a full section and providing all customers with efficient, attentive & accurate service
• Providing menu recommendations & up-selling additional items
• Providing personalised service & building relationships with customers
• Casual, full time, part time available 

In order to be successful, you will: 

• Have excellent knowledge of food and wine
• Possess outstanding customer service skills and be well equiped to deal with challenging customers
• Be confident in up selling
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
• Perform to a high level in a fast paced environment
• Be punctual and reliable
• Appear professional and well groomed
• Demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills
• Have a current RSA
• Be available to work between Wednesday and Saturday dinner & Sunday lunch
