JOB DESCRIPTION

We are searching for an experienced waiter / waitress to join our team. Your responsibility will be ensuring our guests receive a thoughtful and tailored service.

The Ideal candidate will include but not limited to;

  • - Victoirian RSA
  • - Min 2 years experience in Food and Beverage
  • - Great communication skills
  • - Be able to work a rotating roster including weekends
  • - Demostrate outstanding table maintenance

  • RSA
  • 1 year experience as a waiter in a similar environment
  • Food and wine knowledge for bonus points
  • Experience using POS systems
  • Able to carry 3 plates (or willing to learn how)
  • An expert communicator – with customers and fellow staff
  • Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts

Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
