JOB DESCRIPTION

Armani Restaurant

Armani Restaurant is a famous restaurant located on 354 Church St, Parramatta NSW 2150. We operate seven days a week offering Breakfast, Lunch and dinner. The restaurant provides a wide variety of dishes and family oriented atmosphere for our customers.

We are seeking a full time waiter who will be able to work independently or as a part of a team, reliable and will be rewarded with a great salary also a friendly and supportive work environment.

  • Welcome customers and lead them to their seats
  • Introduce our menus and describe different dishes and drinks
  • Make recommendations on specialties
  • Take orders
  • Deliver orders to the table in a timely manner
  • Adhere to food, sanitary and safety standards
  • Inspect the quality and looks of the dishes, making sure they uphold standards
  • Identify and resolve any special requirements, wants and needs of customers
  • Deliver checks and accept payment
  • Collaborate closely with other staff members

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

All-rounder
Food Runner
Waitstaff
Cashier

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years experience as a waiter in a similar environment
  • A strong understanding of run of service in a busy restaurant/café
  • Experience using POS systems
  • Able to carry 3 plates (or willing to learn how)
  • An expert communicator – with customers and fellow staff
  • Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
