Bartolo is looking for wine-loving hospitality professionals to join our team.

Bartolo is a small wine room with a big wine list! We have a large outdoor wine garden and an indoor dining room with a combined capacity of 120 seats. The dining room is a dimly lit and intimate space with walls covered in amazing wines from around the world for you to explore and sell!

Located in the heart of Surry Hills, Bartolo is the youngest venue of Merlino&Co, owner-operators of The Lobo, Kittyhawk and Big Poppas.

We are looking for hospitality professionals with strong wine knowledge, a good understanding of all things booze, a love of food and a passion for great service. Initially, this will be a causal position with full-time hours with room to grow within the business.

What we are looking for:

* 2+ years experience in hospitality preferred, but if you have the right energy that will fit with the team we are happy to offer the training needed

* Someone with a love of all things wine, cocktails, and Italian food

* We have full-time and weekend warrior positions available and we would love to get you started as soon as possible.
