JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for experienced, dedicated, reliable and motivated individual with a desire to work within our amazing property.  the industry.

You’ll be dealing with customers face to face so a friendly, warm, and welcoming character is a must!

Staff accommodation in Glenorchy available and Staff meals provided

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Barista
Bartender
Cocktail Bartender
Food & Beverage Attendant
Food Runner
Waitstaff

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience as a waiter in a similar environment preferred 
  • Excellent food and wine knowledge
  • A strong understanding of run of service in a busy restaurant/café
  • Experience using POS systems
  • Able to carry 3 plates (or willing to learn how)
  • An expert communicator – with customers and fellow staff
  • Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
