We’re looking for experienced, dedicated, reliable and motivated individual with a desire to work within the industry.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

At least 1 year experience as a waiter in a similar environment
Excellent food and wine knowledge
A strong understanding of run of service in a busy restaurant/café
Experience using POS systems
Able to carry 3 plates (or willing to learn how)
A good communicator (good english)– with customers and fellow staff
Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
