Our Venues:
Sonora is a high-end mexican restaurant and mezcal bar, inspired by the cuisine of Sonora, a coastal state in Mexico’s north-west.
Carbón, which translates to ‘charcoal’ in Spanish, focuses on wood fired dishes made using traditional South American ‘parrilla’ techniques to create inventive dishes using fresh produce.
La Palma is a Caribbean Cocktail Bar inspired by 1920s and 1930s-era Havana. Elaborate cocktails, flavour punching Cuban style food plates.
Taqiza is inspired in Tulum taquerias with a refined selection of mezcals of margaritas.
Calita is a marisqueria that sits in front of Bondi Beach. Calita works with local suppliers to showcase a rotating selection of fresh, locally and sustainably sourced seafood.

You’ll be dealing with customers face to face so a friendly, warm, and welcoming character is a must!
