We are seeking experienced, dedicated, reliable, and motivated individuals who have a strong passion for the hospitality industry. We operate four distinct locations in Sydney:

• Le Montage in Lilyfield (proximate to the city)
• Oatlands House in Oatlands (near Parramatta)
• Curzon Hall in Marsfield (close to Macquarie)
• Conca D'oro in Riverwood (conveniently located near Hurstville)

As part of our team, Wait Staff play a crucial role in delivering a warm, professional, and efficient dining experience for our customers. Their responsibilities include welcoming and attending to guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, addressing any concerns or complaints, and upholding a clean and inviting ambiance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and escort guests to their designated tables
• Record orders for food and beverages and effectively communicate them to the kitchen or bar staff
• Provide information about menu selections and offer recommendations when requested
• Serve food and drinks promptly and attentively to guests
• Utilize the point-of-sale system to accurately process orders and payments
• Ensure tables are cleaned and arranged for the next set of guests
• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns related to food quality, service, or overall dining experience
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of menu items and daily specials, being able to convey this information to guests accurately.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Possession of a current RSA Photo Competency Card
• Capability to carry three plates (or willingness to acquire this skill)
• Exceptional communication skills, both with customers and colleagues
