JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for an experienced, dedicated, reliable and motivated individual with a desire to work within the industry.

You must be positive with loads of personality , have exceptional communication and customer service skills , are efficient and enjoy being busy. Must be a team player , Have an eye for detail and strong initiative and a genuine passion for hospitality industry.

Must be able to work nights and weekends on a rotating roster

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Host/Hostess

Waitstaff

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

2 years experience as a waiter in a similar environment
Excellent food and wine knowledge
A strong understanding of run of service in a busy restaurant/café
Experience using POS systems
Able to carry 3 plates (or willing to learn how)
An expert communicator – with customers and fellow staff
Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
