JOB DESCRIPTION

Ramona Trattoria, brain child of Chef Ashley Kent ex Co-owner of Cross Eyed Mary's Coolangatta, we are a 95 square meter 50 seater Trattoria based in the humble town of Coorparoo.

We are looking to deliver on polished casual dining with a focus on Hand shaped pasta and Woodfired pizza.

We are Produce driven and Traditionalist, we are passionate about our craft that has taken years to hone and we are willing to teach anyone that is willing to learn.

We are firm believers of having a voice, working as a team and up skilling our selves but also not afraid to do the not so glamorous jobs.

We are after an energetic, bubbly and experienced staff with a focus on creating a strong team culture, one that celebrates cultural diversity and is passionate about creating an authentic and fun experience for guests.

 

Qualifications & experience

 

  • Minimum 6 months experience front of house
  • Passionate about customer service and experience
  • Seeking ongoing learning and exposure to business strategies
  • An RSA certificate and the ability to confidently act on theses requirements
  • Wine knowledge is a bonus

 

Tasks & responsibilities

 

  • Supporting Restaurant Manager in day to day operations
  • Ensuring exceptional venue standards are met in regards to venue cleanliness, presentation and customer service
  • Helping Opening and closing the venue
