JOB DESCRIPTION

Applejack Hospitality Group operate some of Sydney’s coolest Bars, Restaurant and Cafes. These include;

The Butler Potts Point, Bopp & Tone, RAFI, The Botanist Kirribilli, Socal Neutral Bay, & The Foresters Surry Hills.

Working in a team of passionate hospitality professionals you'll be responsible for creating memorable experiences and delivering amazing service to visiting guests. Whether it be working on the floor, behind the bar, in the café, or in the kitchen your goal is to go over and above what required to deliver an exceptional offering and friendly environment for staff and customers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 years’ experience in a customer service role working in a similar environment
  • Interest in food and wine
  • A good understanding of working a service in a busy restaurant/café
  • Experience using POS systems
  • Able to carry 3 plates (or willing to learn how)
  • An expert communicator – with customers and fellow staff
  • Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
