JOB DESCRIPTION

Applejack Hospitality Group operate some of Sydney’s coolest Bars, Restaurant and Cafes. These include;

The Butler Potts Point, Bopp & Tone, Sydney CBD, The Endeavour Tap Rooms, The Rocks, The Botanist Kirribilli, Socal Neutral Bay, & The Foresters Surry Hills.

Working in a team of passionate hospitality professional you'll be responsible for creating memorable experience and delivering amazing service to visiting guests. Whether it be working on the floor, behind the bar, in the café, or in the kitchen your goal is to go over and above what required to deliver an exceptional offering and friendly environment for staff and customers.

Nestled in the back streets of Potts Point, an eclectic oasis lies waiting. Various textures of foliage complement the original sandstone walls and a twist on the traditional colonial influences is infused throughout

Head Chef, Amber Doig, brings a wealth of experience to The Butler, including an exciting Ibero-American influence menu. Ibero-America is a region in the Americas comprising of countries or territories where Spanish or Portuguese are predominant languages. The cuisine brings a zesty texture and tangy twist to classic dishes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 years’ experience in a customer service role working in a similar environment
  • Interest in food and wine
  • A good understanding of working a service in a busy restaurant/café
  • Experience using POS systems
  • Able to carry 3 plates (or willing to learn how)
  • An expert communicator – with customers and fellow staff
  • Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
