We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Bar All-Rounder to join our team. This role involves working across all areas of the venue, including bartending, floor service, and general bar support. You’ll be responsible for providing friendly and professional customer service, preparing and serving drinks to a high standard, taking and delivering food and beverage orders, and keeping the bar and service areas clean and organised. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with experience in bartending and/or waitstaff roles, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. An RSA certification is required, or a willingness to obtain one before starting.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to bring a positive attitude, a commitment to great service, and the ability to adapt across multiple areas of the venue. Candidates should have previous experience in a hospitality setting, ideally with both bartending and floor service exposure. A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is essential, and a Food Safety certificate is highly desirable. You must be well-presented, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on teamwork and communication. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays is required, along with a genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
