About the Role

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Picking and packing orders for Merlo Coffee Online customers
• Working closely with couriers
• Stock rotation
• Distributing orders to Merlo Coffee online customers
• Following best practice factory OH&S procedures and directives
• Providing excellent customer service over the phone and in person.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

• Available Monday - Thursday on a casual basis (Hours: 6am - 2pm)
• Strong initiative and work ethic
• Great customer service
• Well presented
• Experience in a similar position
• A valid MR Truck licence is desirable but not essential.
• Understand the importance of Workplace, Health and Safety. 
• Available during christmas season
