Based at our Eagle Farm warehouse, this role is central to ensuring our coffee makes it from roast to cup across our retail stores, wholesale customers, and beyond.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires accuracy, initiative, and a strong work ethic. If you enjoy working as part of a team and getting things done while having fun, this could be the opportunity for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Picking and packing orders for Merlo Coffee retail stores, online and wholesale customers

• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment in line with OH&S procedures

• Providing great customer service

• Supporting the greater warehouse team where needed to despatch goods on time and accurately

What we’re looking for:

• Availability to work across keys days: Monday to Friday

• A valid forklift and or truck licence a bonus but not essential

• Strong initiative and attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Reliability and a positive team attitude

• Willingness to embrace and contribute to Merlo’s unique culture
