InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort is looking for Kitchen Stewards to join the kitchen team as we prepare for the busy christmas and holiday season. We are looking for people who are hands on and who know what it takes to support a busy Food & Beverage operation. 

Reporting to the Stewarding Supervisor, you will support the Food and Beverage operation of the Resort by;

• Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment and the premises, whilst maintaining hygienic standards and practices. 
• Cleaning and sanitising of all kitchen areas, rubbish removal, cardboard recycling, dish wash operation, manual pot washing and cleaning.
• Working independently, and as part of a cohesive team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction are maintained.

We are looking for a confident person who is motivated, has a high attention to detail and is deadline driven. You will have some experience in a kitchen environment and take a real sense of pride in your ability to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen. You must be available to work irregular shifts across a rotating seven day roster including overnights, holidays and weekends and be physically fit to lift heavy items.

In addition, you must hold the appropriate work rights to work in Australia.
